Francesca Amari

Francesca Amari is a versatile singer from Palm Springs, CA who has performed at top-rated cabaret clubs from New York to Hollywood, including Birdland Jazz Club, the Metropolitan Room and the 92nd Street Y in NYC and The Gardenia, Catalina Jazz Club, The Mbar, the E Spot and Beverly Hills Hotel in Hollywood, earning rave reviews for her entertaining cabaret shows. For five years, she’s toured the country with her critically-acclaimed Gilda Radner tribute, and locally, performs weekly at AJ’s on the Green, monthly at The Purple Room, among other area venues. Francesca appeared in the Arizona, Florida and Pennsylvania Non-Equity premieres of “Midlife! The Crisis Musical” by Broadway veteran brothers Bob and Jim Walton. She recently won rave reviews and a Desert Theatre League nomination for best actress as the star of the Palm Canyon Theatre’s production of “Anything Goes,” for her performance as Reno Sweeny. Other theatre credits include, “Pump Boys & Dinettes,” “Taffetas,” “Beehive,” “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” & “A…My Name is Alice.” She’s earned 2 other Desert Theatre League nominations for best professional Musical Theatre Performer (“Sister Robert Anne’s Cabaret Class”) and Actress (“G.I. Jukebox”).
