Celia Rubin

Celia Rubin is a Business Systems Analyst-Project Coordinator for Lee Health. In her spare time she shares her father’s story of the Holocaust through speaking to High School and Middle School classes. When other time allows you can find her rescuing senior dogs and giving critically ill dogs there last days filled with love and completing their bucket list.
