WAYNE JACOBSEN grew up in California and now travels the world as an author and speaker on the themes of spiritual intimacy and relational community. He has authored a number of bestselling books, including "He Loves Me" "Finding Church" and "A Man Like No Other," and he was a co-author and publisher of the worldwide sensation, "The Shack." For 20 years, he was president of BridgeBuilders, a mediation service for public schools for religious liberty disputes. He is also part of helping build an economy in the North Pokot region of Kenya for 120,000 tribal people whose nomadic life collapsed in a prolonged drought. He resides in Newbury Park with his wife of 43 years.

Linda Lowe moved with her husband to California after retiring as an administrator at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After landing here, she established a writing group and began working as a hospital chaplain. She is married to Father Bill Lowe, a pastoral provision Catholic priest in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Her role as the wife of a Catholic priest provides her with plenty of unique material.

Amanda Samoyloff is a Southern California native. She studied communications and marketing at California State University Long Beach, where she graduated with a bachelor's in communications and public relations. During her time at CSULB, she joined the speech and debate team. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Hollywood, where she began to pursue an acting and writing career. She has been in many independent short films and a couple features. She is represented by Avenue Actors Agency and has two short films in pre-production that she wrote and is set to produce and star in 2018. She is also a published poet.

Wendy Leung was born in Hong Kong and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. She has been a journalist for 18 years, working for the Ventura County Star, Los Angeles Daily News, Taiwan News and other outlets. She likes black coffee, dark chocolate and strong beers. She lives in the Conejo Valley with her husband and two cats.

Adrienne Lara

Adrienne Lara is a local born and bred Latina who worked in Ventura County as a registered nurse for eight years before going to Boston to attend medical school at Boston University and subsequently train in obstetrics and gynecology at Harvard Medical School. She returned to her hometown of Oxnard in 2006 where she practices gynecology and cosmetic surgery at Celebrating Women Center for Health and Beauty and Wellness.
